Return: Available within two days of receiving the order, under the same conditions mentioned above. Products cannot be exchanged or returned after opening or using them to preserve their quality and safety. If you receive a product that does not match your order, it will be exchanged free of charge without any additional costs. Shipping fees for return and exchange: The customer bears the shipping costs when requesting a return or exchange, and these will be deducted from the value of the returned product. In case of exchange, the difference will be charged if the replacement product is at a higher price, or refunded if it is at a lower price. If there is an error from the store in sending the product, we bear all shipping costs. Warranty and maintenance: All watches are subject to the agent’s warranty, and in case of any technical defect, you can visit one of the approved maintenance branches in the main cities.
